Hello world!

Epic fail today.
Lost to all the little kids on the team. Not impressed at all. Disgusted at my own performance.
Even gave myself a headache from all the rage inside my head. I wanted to kick the wall again like last time but I learned my lesson… I regretted it.
The headache & rage did NOT help at all. Just lost even MORE focus. Sigh. Losing to a u14. That’s disgusting.
Must train harder. Even the National champs are training harder than me, and they’re getting results.
Hope Calgary junior open will show results… better train harder.

The most important thing you can do on court is to have fun. I often tried to get really “serious” on court during tournaments and match play thinking I would play better. It is important to be serious during your drills and exercises, but once you start playing matches you have to enjoy yourself out there. That is why we all play badminton, because it is fun and we enjoy it. Have fun, and be nice to yourself on court, and I promise you will start playing better
