If i win my first round in Calgary, i play leah inglis… i’ve never played her before… but bethany had a tough time beating her… which is weird cuz she doesn’t look that good…

it’s one of those forms where they look weird… but they get it over… and perfectly. :|

i hate that. lol :(

w/e

try my best.

yup definitely gained some weight. (dislike =()

sigh

at least i know what to do now:

1.) LOSE WEIGHT

2.) PRACTICE SPEED

3.) refine stroke

4.) practice finer skills (i,e. net spins etc.)

Saw Michelle Li play against Charles Pyne today during her private. It was pretty epic. All the shots were pretty amazing, even though there were a few rallies were Michelle appeared to not be trying thus made a lot of mistakes. :S But overall her speed, strength skill and ease are just insane. They’re all at 90%.

But she’s still unbelievabley pro. :S

sigh. jealous. lol :\

homework awaits :( fml grade 12. :(

Played singles against Steven today (Centennial College Badminton Coach)

I lost all 4 games…

I felt like I couldn’t move fast enough, and a lot of shots i just watched fall, esp the drops where I just froze, couldn’t move and stared as the birdy hit the ground.

Definitely have to work on my footwork & speed.

Also, having problems moving from the centre to the back smoothly. It feels (and probably looks) really solid and stiff… Maybe backups will help?

Maybe I’m gaining weight? :(

Provincials are coming up soon…

Calgary even sooner :(

goddamn what a way to lose a chance… the top u19 players are all gone off to peru for worlds. It was the perfect chance! only bethany remains… and she’s challengeable. Never beat her before except that one time at Woodstock but still.. i felt myself improving… why this sudden drop?…

Sigh… it’s bad to take on such a negative attittude before I even play the game… I gotta change it…

Gonna train & focus on speed & footwork tomorrow… leaving for calgary thursday night @ 8pm. :\

sighhhhhh

Epic fail today.

Lost to all the little kids on the team. Not impressed at all. Disgusted at my own performance.

Even gave myself a headache from all the rage inside my head. I wanted to kick the wall again like last time but I learned my lesson… I regretted it.

The headache & rage did NOT help at all. Just lost even MORE focus. Sigh. Losing to a u14. That’s disgusting.

Must train harder. Even the National champs are training harder than me, and they’re getting results.

Hope Calgary junior open will show results… better train harder.
